GDS CIVIL SERVANT STATUS
IMPLEMENT 1977 SUPREME COURT JUDGMENT
NFPE & AIPEU GDS (NFPE) FILED
WRIT PETITION IN THE
HON’BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA
NFPE & AIPEU-GDS (NFPE) has filed a Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1003 of 2013 in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. The Writ Petition is likely to be listed for “ADMISSION HEARING” before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on 13.12.2013 or any day thereafter. Our main submission before the Hon’ble Supreme Court is implementation of the 1977 Judgment and grant of Civil Servant status and all other benefits of Departmental Employees to Gramin Dak Sewaks as per the 1977 judgment. Let us hope that the Writ Petition will be admitted.

NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
It is hereby notified that the Extended National Executive Committee
meeting of the Confederation of Central Government Employees &
Workers will be held at New Delhi on 10th January 2014
(10.01.2014 Friday) from 10:00 AM to 5 PM. All National Secretariat
Members (office Bearers), Chief Executives of affiliated organizations,
General Secretaries/Representatives of all C-O-Cs should attend the
meeting WITHOUT FAIL.
AGENDA
1. Review of the campaign and
agitational programmes conducted and declaration of the strike and
finalization of the duration of the strike in case Government refuse to
accept the demands raised in the modified Confederation Charter of
Demands.
2. Any other demands with the permission of the chair.

- You can transfer money from Rs.1,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- from designated iMO Post Offices.
- It is simple to send and receive money.
Fill up the “To Remit Payment” (TRP-1) form and submit it with money at iMO Post Office Counter.
iMO Counter clerk after booking the iMO immediately will give a
printed receipt with computer generated confidential 16 digit iMO number
in a sealed condition. Even the 16 digit iMO number will not be known
to booking clerk.
Customer is required to tear off the seal and convey the confidential
16 digit iMO number to the receiver over phone, SMS, e-mail, etc. at
his means and risk.iMO delivery Procedure
Receiver to present the 16 digit iMO number at any designated iMO
post office counter and will fill up and submit a “To Make Payment”
(TMP-1) form along with a copy of his personal identity proof.
Receiver can receive the payment in cash upto Rs.50,000. He can also
receive the payment through his post office savings bank account in
